Trust is good, control is better. A particle counter that counts at rest is a risk. Moqlero enforces proof of cleanliness.
Automated Interlock
System-side blocking of critical measurements until verification. The test requirements are individually configurable:
- Forced Verification: The operator must prove for a defined period (e.g. 5 min) that the device counts, for example, less than 1 particle at the zero filter.
- Digital Release: Only after passing the test does the software unlock the particle counter for the cleanroom.
- Automated Reporting: Upon completion of the test, a tamper-proof PDF report is automatically generated and archived in an audit-proof manner.
Categorically excludes "Phantom Particles" caused by dirty optics or malfunctioning measuring devices.
