Trust is good, control is better. A particle counter that counts at rest is a risk. Moqlero enforces proof of cleanliness.
Automated Interlock
System-side blocking of critical measurements until verification:
- Forced Verification: The operator must prove for a defined period (e.g. 5 min) that the device counts < 1 particle at the zero filter.
- Digital Release: Only after passing the test does the software unlock measurement functions for the cleanroom.
- Traceability: The result of the zero test is inextricably linked to the following production data.
Categorically excludes "Phantom Particles" due to dirty optics.
