In cleanroom monitoring, isolated deviations are a known scenario. Moqlero now offers an extended workflow to handle these deviations specifically, without affecting the entire process.
Selective Retest Workflow
Intelligent logic saves time on failed attempts:
- Single Point Retest: If a filter fails, only this one point needs to be repeated, not the entire measurement point group. This also applies analogously to LF measurements and recovery tests.
- Guided Workflow with E-Signature: The process is controlled by a GxP workflow that mandates comments on the cause and electronic signatures (21 CFR Part 11). Naturally, all reports are automatically generated and linked to each other.
Traceable Linking & Decoupled Recovery
Every repetition automatically generates a new report that is inseparably linked to the original measurement (Traceable Linking). This enables Decoupled Recovery, allowing specific measurement points to be verified independently.
