Structured Observation
Instead of handwritten notes on margin of protocols, the app captures anomalies in a standardized way:
- Categorization:Selection from pre-defined defect catalogs (e.g., "Cleaning Deficiency", "Seal Damaged", "Lighting Defective").
- Evidence Preservation:Direct capture of evidence photos with the tablet camera, which are tamper-proof embedded in the report.
- Risk Assessment:Immediate risk assessment (Critical / Major / Minor) on site.
This enables true trending of facility condition ("Housekeeping") for the first time and supports proactive maintenance before hygiene problems arise.
