Deep Integration Protocol
We use not just simple data reading, but bidirectional communication:
- Recipe Push: Central distribution of SOP-compliant sampling recipes (volumes, times) to the device fleet. All measurement parameters are automatically configured, eliminating human setup errors.
- Remote Start/Stop: Control devices directly from the Moqlero App. Parallel control of multiple devices enables efficient filter tests.
- Error Mapping: Translation of proprietary error codes into understandable clear-text messages.
- Pharma-Typical Particle Sizes: Support for relevant channels 0.3 µm, 0.5 µm, and 5.0 µm.
Uncompromising Reliability
- TCP Keep-Alive Permanent connection monitoring detects cable breaks.
- Application Level Handshake Every data packet is verified via checksum hash and explicitly acknowledged by the server.
- Automatic Reconnect Self-healing connection re-establishment after short interruptions without user intervention.
