"Scan & Measure" Workflow
Operators can now activate an "Ad-Hoc" mode directly at the measuring device (HMI):
- Free Point Selection:Simply scan the barcode of any qualified sampling point in the system.
- No Shadow Data:Even unplanned data is immediately stored securely in the database, is unalterable (ALCOA++) and assigned to the room.
- Traceability:The record is automatically flagged as "Ad-Hoc / Unscheduled" to clearly separate it from routine data.
This eliminates "shadow record-keeping" on thermal paper printouts and guarantees seamless data integrity even during troubleshooting.
