N-Findings for Ad-Hoc Measurements

Field Flexibility: N-Findings for Ad-Hoc Measurements.

In highly regulated cleanroom environments, digital and automated workflow control is the backbone of compliance. By default, all monitoring and qualification orders in Moqlero are triggered directly from the SAP system. This ensures that no measurement is overlooked and all data is seamlessly assigned to the respective order.

When Planning Meets Reality

However, cleanroom operations are dynamic. It is often necessary to perform unscheduled measurements – whether after short-term maintenance, a malfunction, or for spontaneous spot checks. For these cases, Moqlero provides the proven Ad-Hoc measurement function.

  • New: N-Findings for Ad-Hoc Measurements: Sometimes a planned group of measuring points can only be partially measured on site. A classic example is a part of a room that is temporarily inaccessible or not representative due to renovation work.
  • Consistent Documentation: To ensure that data integrity is maintained in these cases as well, "N-findings" (not measurable) can now also be specifically set for Ad-Hoc measurements.
  • Seamless Traceability: These findings, including the justification, are documented digitally and stored in an audit-proof manner within the system.

With this expansion, we provide even more flexibility for your measurement technicians on site, without compromising on GxP-compliant documentation.
